• Step 1 -  First thing you will need is a digital camera. All successful sellers on ebay have one and they are very affordable now and easy to use. • Step 2  - Take pictures of the items that you wish to sell on ebay. Digital cameras have multiple resolutions or"quality" settings that determine how big your pictures will be, as well as the quality. For example, the minimum quality setting on most digital cameras is 640 x 480. The quality setting will step up gradually in size for supersize pictures as follows (1600 x 1200) (2048 x 1536) (2592 x 1728) etc . Store the pictures in a folder on your computer.
  

• Step 3 - Next you will have to pick a website that has picture hosting. For example picturetrail or photobucket. These are free hosting sites that will host your pictures for free !
  

• Step 4 - After you register for your hosting site , upload your pictures . You can pick the size of your pictures that you would like to upload. Small , Medium , or Large.
