I called the U. S. Mint about 5 weeks ago and I was told that the Washington and Adams 1/2 Ounce Gold Presidential Wives Proof and Uncirculated coins were to be limited to 40,000 mintage. The 40,000 Mintage is true, the day that the Representative at the U. S. Mint told me to call back and arrange purchase was not only incorrect, but also the incorrect time of the day...
